- Accurately input, update, and maintain digital records across multiple databases
- Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure 99.9% accuracy
- Process high-volume transactions while meeting weekly productivity targets
- Generate daily and weekly performance reports using Excel/Google Sheets
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve data discrepancies
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information
- Adhere to HIPAA and GDPR compliance standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of data entry experience with proven accuracy metrics
- 60+ WPM typing speed with 10-key proficiency
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
- Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot preferred
- Strong attention to detail with error-spotting capabilities
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Available for 12-hour weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 6AM-6PM PST)
