Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain data in company databases and CRM systems
- Verify and reconcile data discrepancies with precision and attention to detail
- Process high-volume transactions following established protocols
- Generate daily/weekly reports using Excel and proprietary software
- Adhere to HIPAA/GDPR compliance standards for sensitive information
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve data inconsistencies
- Complete tasks within tight weekend shift deadlines (Sat/Sun 6 AM - 2 PM EST)
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional data entry experience
- Proven typing speed of 60+ WPM with 99.5% accuracy
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel pivot tables essential)
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong analytical skills for data validation and error resolution
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office setup
- Availability for consistent weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday)
