Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update customer data into CRM and database systems
- Verify and reconcile data discrepancies with source documents
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information
- Process high-volume transactions with 99.5%+ accuracy
- Generate daily productivity reports using Excel and internal tools
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve data integrity issues
- Adhere to HIPAA and GDPR compliance protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year data entry experience with 10,000+ keystrokes per minute
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- High-speed internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps)
- Quiet, dedicated home workspace with ergonomic equipment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and error prevention skills
- Valid California or Ohio residency required
