Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain client databases with alphanumeric and numerical data
- Perform data validation and quality checks to maintain 99.9% accuracy standards
- Process high-volume transactions using proprietary CRM and ERP systems
- Generate daily/weekly performance reports and identify data anomalies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data discrepancies
- Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols and HIPAA/GDPR compliance
- Utilize automation tools to streamline repetitive data tasks
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional data entry experience
- Proven 10,000+ keystrokes per minute with 98% accuracy
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and Google Workspace
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional attention to detail and error-detection skills
- Strong written communication for documentation purposes
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
