- Process high-volume transactions with strict adherence to deadlines
- Utilize specialized software for data extraction and management
- Generate daily productivity reports for team leads
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive client information
- Collaborate with virtual teams to resolve data discrepancies
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of professional data entry experience
- Proven ability to type 60+ WPM with 95%+ accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Strong attention to detail with error-spotting capabilities
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and dedicated home office
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 6AM-2PM EST)
- Basic knowledge of data encryption protocols preferred
