Responsibilities
- Accurately input and verify customer data into CRM systems
- Process transactions with 99.9% precision standards
- Generate daily productivity reports for management review
- Flag and resolve data discrepancies within SLAs
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA/GDPR protocols
- Collaborate with offshore teams on data migration projects
- Train on proprietary software tools during onboarding
Qualifications
- 3+ years data entry experience with 10,000+ keyst/hr
- Proficiency in Excel pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
- WPM 65+ with 99.5% accuracy verification
- Experience with Salesforce or SAP systems
- Strong attention to detail with zero-error tolerance
- Weekend availability (Sat/Sun 8AM-5PM PST)
