Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain data in proprietary CRM and ERP systems
- Perform rigorous data validation to ensure 99.9% accuracy and compliance with industry standards
- Generate daily/weekly performance reports using advanced Excel functions and data visualization tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams via Slack and virtual meetings to resolve data discrepancies
- Execute confidential data transfers and maintain HIPAA/GDPR compliance protocols
- Optimize data entry workflows using automation tools like Zapier
- Train new hires on proprietary data management systems
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional data entry experience with demonstrated accuracy metrics
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel pivot tables, Word macros, PowerPoint)
- Minimum 8,000 keystrokes per hour with 95% accuracy rate
- Experience with SQL database queries and Salesforce data management
