- Collaborate with team leads to resolve data discrepancies and implement corrections
- Generate daily productivity reports and track key performance metrics
- Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols for sensitive client information
- Utilize advanced Excel functions for data manipulation and analysis
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of professional data entry experience
- Proven ability to type 60+ WPM with zero errors
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
