Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain complex datasets using proprietary software
- Perform data validation and quality assurance checks with 99.5% accuracy
- Process high-volume transactions within strict weekend shift deadlines
- Generate daily productivity reports and identify data discrepancies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data inconsistencies
- Adhere to HIPAA/GDPR compliance standards for sensitive information
- Train on new data management tools quarterly
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in high-volume data entry (10,000+ keystrokes/hour)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data management software
- Exceptional attention to detail with proven accuracy metrics
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 6AM-2PM CST)
- Strong problem-solving skills for data anomaly resolution
- High-speed typing (65+ WPM) with 10-key by touch
- Associate's degree in Data Management or equivalent certification
