- Accurately input and manage data in CRM and ERP systems
- Verify and cross-reference information for quality assurance
- Process customer orders and update inventory records
- Generate daily/weekly performance reports

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of data entry experience
- 60+ WPM typing speed with 99% accuracy
