Responsibilities

- Process high-volume transaction records with zero tolerance for errors
- Perform quality checks on entered data using validation protocols
- Generate daily/weekly productivity reports for management review
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive client information
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve data discrepancies
- Adhere to HIPAA and GDPR compliance standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional data entry experience
- Proven typing speed of 60+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and error-spotting abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday 8am-8pm CST)
