- Adhere to HIPAA/GDPR compliance protocols for sensitive information
- Collaborate with team leads via Slack during shift hours

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year data entry experience or equivalent typing certification
- Proven 10,000+ keystrokes/hour with 98% accuracy benchmark
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and Google Workspace
