Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update customer and product information into our secure database systems with 99% accuracy.
- Verify and cross-reference data to identify and resolve any discrepancies or errors.
- Organize, maintain, and digitize physical files and records for efficient retrieval.
- Utilize provided equipment (Laptop & Monitor) to complete daily data entry quotas efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with the team regarding data issues and project updates.
- Adhere to strict data confidentiality and privacy policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related field.
- High typing speed with exceptional accuracy (minimum 45 WPM).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home workspace.
- Ability to work independently during the Weekend Shift schedule.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
