Responsibilities
- Accurately input and verify customer and company data into our proprietary database systems.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information and documentation.
- Review and correct errors in existing records to ensure data integrity.
- Organize and digitize physical documents as required by the team lead.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding daily targets and data discrepancies.
- Perform routine backups and file management tasks to ensure data security.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Proven typing speed of 40+ WPM with high accuracy.
- Must have reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated workspace.
- Previous experience in data entry or administrative support is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Must be available to work on weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
