Responsibilities
- Accurately input, verify, and update customer and product data into our secure database systems.
- Maintain a high level of data integrity by cross-referencing source documents and electronic records.
- Perform routine quality assurance checks to ensure all entries meet company standards before submission.
- Manage and organize digital files, ensuring they are easily retrievable for team members.
- Respond promptly to data correction requests and resolve discrepancies within 24 hours.
- Adhere to strict data privacy protocols and confidentiality agreements.
- Communicate effectively with the team lead regarding daily volume and any system issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Proven experience in data entry or administrative support roles (1+ years preferred).
- Exceptional typing speed (minimum 45 WPM) with a high degree of accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data management software.
