Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update client data into proprietary CRM and database systems
- Perform data validation to ensure 99.9% accuracy in all entries
- Process and verify incoming documents/forms within 24-hour turnaround
- Generate daily productivity reports using Excel and Google Sheets
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve data discrepancies
- Maintain strict confidentiality of client information
- Adhere to HIPAA and GDPR compliance standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional data entry experience
- Proven typing speed of 60+ WPM with 95% accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Strong attention to detail with error-spotting capabilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High-speed internet connection and quiet home office setup
