Responsibilities
- Accurately input customer and account information into our secure database systems.
- Verify and correct data discrepancies before processing to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive client information and company records.
- Organize and file digital records for easy retrieval and reporting.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding data discrepancies or urgent tasks.
- Perform regular quality assurance checks on completed work to meet compliance standards.
- Assist in the migration of legacy data to new platforms and software updates.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in data entry or administrative support (1-2 years preferred).
- Demonstrated typing speed of 40+ WPM with a high degree of accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors quickly.
