Responsibilities
- Accurately input, verify, and update customer and company data into our centralized database systems.
- Review and correct errors in data entries to ensure high-quality standards are met.
- Perform regular data backups and maintain file organization for easy retrieval.
- Generate and distribute weekly payroll reports to ensure timely weekly pay processing.
- Communicate effectively with the remote team and stakeholders to resolve data discrepancies.
- Assist in the migration of legacy data to new digital platforms.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in data entry or administrative support roles.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Fast typing speed with a high degree of accuracy (minimum 45 WPM).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office setup.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
