- Organize and maintain physical or digital files to ensure easy retrieval and data security.
- Perform regular audits of data to identify missing or incorrect information.
- Communicate with team members and supervisors to clarify data requirements and resolve issues promptly.
- Update existing records with new information while maintaining data confidentiality.
- Assist in streamlining data entry processes to improve overall team efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Proven experience in data entry, clerical, or administrative roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Exceptional typing speed (40+ WPM) and a high degree of accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
