Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain critical datasets in proprietary CRM and ERP systems
- Perform data validation, cleansing, and quality assurance protocols to ensure 99.9% accuracy
- Generate daily/weekly reports using Excel, SQL, and Tableau for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data discrepancies and optimize workflows
- Adhere to HIPAA/GDPR compliance standards for sensitive information handling
- Train junior staff on data management best practices and SOPs
- Implement automation scripts using Python/R to streamline repetitive processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional data entry experience with high-volume datasets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and SQL
- Proven track record of maintaining 99.5%+ data accuracy in prior roles
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) preferred
- Strong typing speed of 65+ WPM with 10-key proficiency
- Remote work experience with proven self-management capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Statistics, or related field
- Ability to work PST hours (8 AM - 5 PM) for real-time collaboration
