Responsibilities
- Enter and update customer and company data into internal databases with high accuracy and speed.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors via email and messaging platforms.
- Perform regular quality assurance checks to ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Assist in resolving basic customer inquiries and routing complex issues to appropriate departments.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive company and client information.
- Adhere to daily productivity targets and attendance policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data management processes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Must possess a reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Word.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proven ability to type accurately (40+ WPM recommended).
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
