Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat to resolve inquiries and technical issues.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot common software and platform problems for entry-level users.

- Collaborate with the product and development teams to relay user feedback and feature requests.

Qualifications
