- Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM system and update account information as needed.
- Assist with onboarding new customers by guiding them through our services and products.
- Collaborate with the internal team to escalate complex issues and share feedback.
- Follow company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance.
- Identify sales opportunities within customer interactions to help grow our client base.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; equivalent work experience is considered.
- Must reside in Texas, USA (To comply with state labor laws and time zone requirements).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Basic computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, helpful demeanor.
- Ability to work independently while remaining responsive to team communication.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory for entry-level candidates.
