Responsibilities
- Client Communication: Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone in a professional and timely manner.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide customers through solutions using our knowledge base.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records within our CRM system.
- Training Support: Assist in onboarding new customers and provide them with resources to maximize product usage.
- Feedback Loop: Collect customer feedback and relay insights to the product development team to help improve our services.
- Reporting: Generate weekly reports on customer satisfaction and issue resolution metrics.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: No prior experience required; we value attitude and aptitude over experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity and empathy.
- Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently in a remote environment with strong time management skills.
- Internet: High-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace are essential.
