Responsibilities
- Communicate professionally with customers via email, chat, and phone to resolve inquiries and issues.
- Accurately input and maintain customer data in our CRM systems and databases.
- Troubleshoot basic technical problems and guide users through simple solutions.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback for future reference.
- Collaborate with the support team to identify trends and improve service quality.
- Meet daily and weekly performance metrics regarding response times and satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Basic computer literacy and typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
