Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Accurately document customer interactions and account information in our CRM system.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior support staff when necessary.
- Assist in the training of new hires by sharing best practices and support protocols.
- Maintain a distraction-free home workspace to ensure productivity and focus.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to type at least 35 WPM with high accuracy.
