- Resolve incoming inquiries and troubleshoot common technical issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and account information in our CRM system.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services based on customer needs.
- Collaborate with the senior support team to develop best practices and improve service protocols.
- Stay current on product knowledge through daily training sessions.
Qualifications

- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on professionalism.
