Responsibilities
- Assist in collecting, cleaning, and organizing raw data from various internal sources.
- Perform routine data entry and verification tasks to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Generate routine reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to analyze campaign performance data.
- Maintain and update company databases and CRM systems to ensure data integrity.
- Identify trends and anomalies in datasets to support data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus).
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
