Key Responsibilities
- Collect, organize, and input raw data into our centralized database systems with high accuracy.
- Perform basic data cleaning and formatting to ensure consistency across all reports.
- Assist senior analysts in generating weekly performance reports and visualizations.
- Communicate data discrepancies and anomalies to the team lead immediately.
- Support the customer success team by retrieving requested information efficiently.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive company and client data.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associateās degree in a related field is a plus).
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot errors quickly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
- A stable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
