Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support for hardware/software issues via phone, email, and chat
- Install, configure, and maintain IT systems including Windows/macOS environments
- Assist with network security protocols and data backup procedures
- Document technical processes and create user training materials
- Collaborate with senior engineers on cloud migration projects
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues
- Support endpoint management and mobile device deployment
Qualifications
