Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues via remote support channels
- Provide technical assistance to clients through phone, email, and chat
- Document incident tickets and maintain accurate knowledge base entries
- Deploy cybersecurity protocols to protect client data systems
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on infrastructure improvements
- Conduct periodic system maintenance and updates
- Train clients on new software implementations
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Customer service mindset with patience and empathy
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Jira)
