Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support for hardware/software issues via ticketing systems
- Assist with cybersecurity protocols and data protection measures
- Manage cloud infrastructure configurations (AWS/Azure basics)
- Document IT processes and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on digital initiatives

Qualifications
