Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via email and live chat support channels with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
- Assist in the accurate entry and maintenance of customer data into our CRM and database systems.
- Conduct thorough research to resolve complex issues and provide accurate information to clients.
- Collaborate with the remote team to identify process improvements and contribute to team goals.
- Document customer feedback and prepare weekly performance reports for management review.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to master new software tools and company protocols.
Qualifications
