Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, chat, and email for enterprise clients
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues using provided diagnostic tools
- Document cases in ticketing systems with detailed resolution steps
- Collaborate with senior engineers using virtual collaboration platforms
- Complete certification training modules on AWS/CompTIA curricula
