In this pivotal role, you will act as the bridge between our field operations and our central logistics, ensuring seamless connectivity and resource availability for our teams.
Responsibilities
- Orchestrate Equipment Lifecycle: Manage the end-to-end process of equipment provisioning, tracking, maintenance, and decommissioning for remote employees.
- Remote Logistics Coordination: Coordinate the rapid deployment of hardware and software to new hires and remote sites in New Mexico and Texas.
- Tech Support & Troubleshooting: Provide expert remote technical support to resolve hardware and connectivity issues efficiently.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate digital and physical inventory logs of all company-provided assets to ensure zero loss and optimal utilization.
- Vendor Relations: Liaise with hardware vendors and IT partners to negotiate deals and resolve procurement issues.
- Policy Compliance: Enforce company equipment usage policies and ensure strict adherence to data security and privacy standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in IT support, equipment management, or logistics coordination.
- Education: High school diploma required; Associate’s degree in IT, Business, or Logistics preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in remote diagnostic tools and inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Organization: Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
