Responsibilities
- Operate company-provided equipment remotely from your Virginia residence
- Perform daily equipment calibration and quality checks
- Document production data using provided digital tools
- Report technical issues to the support team within 2 hours
- Maintain equipment cleanliness and basic preventive maintenance
- Meet daily productivity targets with 99% accuracy
- Participate in weekly virtual team meetings
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps)
- Quiet, dedicated workspace at home (minimum 10x10 ft)
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly
- Strong time-management skills with ability to work independently
- Previous equipment operation experience preferred but not required
