Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support via phone, chat, and video conferencing
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues using provided equipment
- Install and configure company-issued technology systems
- Document all support interactions and resolutions in ticketing systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Stay current with industry best practices and emerging technologies
- Conduct periodic equipment maintenance and updates
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles
- Proficiency with Windows/macOS, networking concepts, and cloud services
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification preferred
- Experience with remote desktop tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and customer service orientation
