Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support via phone, chat, and ticketing systems
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues for clients in Albuquerque and Texas
- Install and configure company-provided equipment (laptops, monitors, peripherals)
- Document all interactions in ticketing systems with detailed resolution notes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical challenges
- Conduct periodic remote system health checks and maintenance
- Train clients on new technologies and best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of remote IT support experience
- Proficiency with Windows/macOS, networking fundamentals, and cloud services
- Certifications (CompTIA A+/Network+, Microsoft Azure) preferred
- Exceptional communication skills and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid US work authorization and reliable high-speed internet
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira)
