Responsibilities
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot remote work equipment (laptops, peripherals, VR/AR devices)
- Develop documentation for equipment protocols and best practices for distributed teams
- Collaborate with IT to implement secure equipment management systems
- Conduct virtual training sessions on new equipment and software tools
- Monitor equipment inventory and coordinate logistics for onboarding/offboarding
- Analyze equipment performance data to optimize remote work efficiency
- Partner with vendors to source sustainable tech solutions
Qualifications
- 3+ years in IT support or equipment management with remote/hybrid teams
- Expertise in hardware diagnostics (Windows/macOS) and networking fundamentals
- Certification in CompTIA A+, Cisco CCNA, or equivalent
- Experience with inventory management software (ServiceNow, Jira Service Desk)
- Strong written communication skills for creating technical documentation
- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues via remote support tools
- Knowledge of ergonomic and accessibility equipment standards
