Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support experience with remote/hardware focus
- Proficiency in Windows/macOS deployment and troubleshooting
- Experience with remote communication tools (Zoom, Teams, Slack)
- Strong written communication skills for virtual support documentation
- CompTIA A+ or similar technical certification preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid US driver's license for occasional local equipment pickups
