Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end equipment lifecycle management including procurement, deployment, and decommissioning
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues remotely using provided diagnostic tools
- Document equipment configurations and maintenance protocols in our asset management system
- Collaborate with vendors to optimize procurement processes and cost-efficiency
- Train clients on proper equipment usage and preventive maintenance procedures
- Analyze usage data to recommend equipment upgrades and process improvements
- Maintain compliance with industry standards and security protocols for equipment handling
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT hardware management or equipment logistics
- Proficiency with remote diagnostic tools and asset management software
- Certification in CompTIA A+ or similar hardware credential preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex systems remotely
- Excellent written communication for technical documentation and client training
- Experience with procurement processes and vendor relationship management
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment
- Valid US driver's license for occasional equipment shipments (reimbursement provided)
