- Train clients on equipment operation and troubleshooting
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential failures
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience with remote diagnostic equipment
- Proficiency in remote desktop software (TeamViewer, AnyDesk)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Technical certification (CompTIA A+/Network+ preferred)
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
