Responsibilities
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot provided remote work equipment (hardware/software)
- Coordinate logistics for equipment setup, upgrades, and replacements
- Provide tier-1 technical support for remote employees across Sacramento and Georgia
- Document equipment inventory and maintenance protocols
- Collaborate with Georgia-based teams on cross-regional operational needs
- Implement security protocols for remote work environments
- Optimize equipment performance based on user feedback
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in IT support or equipment management
- Proficiency in remote collaboration tools (Zoom, Slack, MS Teams)
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent hardware certification required
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with inventory management systems
- Valid driver's license for equipment delivery coordination
