- Optimize workflows for remote equipment management
Qualifications
- 3+ years in IT hardware support or related field
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency with remote desktop tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk)
- Experience with network infrastructure (routers, switches)
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Valid US driver's license for equipment shipments
