Responsibilities
- Manage and configure remote IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and security systems
- Deploy and maintain company-provided equipment across distributed teams
- Provide technical support for hardware/software issues via remote access
- Monitor system performance and implement security protocols
- Document technical processes and create troubleshooting guides
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize remote workflows
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in remote IT support or equipment management
- Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and virtualization
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols and cybersecurity principles
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira) and remote monitoring tools
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- CompTIA Network+ or equivalent certification required
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
