Responsibilities
- Configure, test, and deploy remote hardware solutions including VR headsets, IoT devices, and specialized peripherals
- Provide virtual technical support and troubleshooting for complex equipment setups
- Document equipment lifecycles and maintain accurate inventory databases
- Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize equipment performance protocols
- Develop training materials for clients on proper equipment usage
- Monitor system health and proactively address potential failures
- Coordinate logistics for equipment returns and replacements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in hardware deployment or technical support
- Expertise in network infrastructure and remote connectivity solutions
- CompTIA A+ or similar technical certification preferred
- Proven ability to diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues remotely
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Experience with inventory management systems
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid US driver's license for occasional equipment shipments
