Responsibilities
- Configure, install, and troubleshoot remote hardware/software systems
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, chat, and video
- Document service tickets and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues
- Conduct routine equipment maintenance and updates
- Train clients on new technology implementations
- Monitor system performance and proactively address concerns
Qualifications
- 2+ years of technical support or IT experience
- Proficiency with remote desktop tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk)
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Valid driver's license for occasional equipment shipments
