Responsibilities
- Field Operations: Conduct remote diagnostics and troubleshooting for industrial equipment located in the Las Vegas, NV and Illinois markets.
- Maintenance: Perform routine inspections, cleaning, and calibration of assigned equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Client Support: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing technical guidance and ensuring high satisfaction rates.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate digital logs of maintenance schedules, repair history, and equipment conditions.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and report on the status of provided equipment to ensure all tools are accounted for and in working order.
- Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies regarding remote work and equipment handling.
Qualifications
- Education: Associate degree in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in equipment maintenance, repair, or technical support.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with diagnostic software, hand tools, and basic mechanical systems.
- Location: Must reside within the United States and be available to support clients in Las Vegas, NV and Illinois.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Reliability: Proven track record of meeting deadlines and demonstrating punctuality in a remote work environment.
