Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain remote hardware/software systems for enterprise clients
- Provide 24/7 technical support via phone, chat, and remote access tools
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues with minimal supervision
- Document all service tickets and maintain accurate client records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system upgrades
- Train clients on new equipment and software functionality
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential risks
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT support, network administration, or related field
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency with remote desktop tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk, etc.)
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware/software issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
- Valid U.S. driver's license and reliable internet connection
- Must reside in Albuquerque, VA area for local equipment delivery
