Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot remote equipment including routers, modems, and IoT devices
- Provide 24/7 technical support via phone, chat, and remote access tools
- Document service reports and maintain equipment inventory logs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Adhere to security protocols and data protection standards
- Train clients on equipment usage and basic troubleshooting
Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical support or equipment maintenance experience
- CompTIA Network+ or equivalent certification preferred
- Proficiency in remote desktop tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk)
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Valid Florida driver's license for occasional equipment pickups
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
